Garage Sale for Typhoon Haiyan Survivors in the Philippines
Members of the Holy Family Crusaders had a 2 day Garage Sale to raise funds to help the survivors of Typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Typhoon Haiyan , known as Typhoon Yolanda in the Philippines, was one of the strongest and deadliest Philippine typhoon on record.
All families generously gave their time to gather items to sell. It was a huge success! We were able to raised enough money to donate one house and a “banca” (small boat) to a family in Bantayan, Cebu.
